Programmes typically start from £249 per month, scaling with the size and structure of your organisation. Not a flat rate that puts smaller charities at a disadvantage.

We are not interested in clients who feel trapped in a programme that is not working. We have structured our commitment accordingly.
The Programme Guarantee
If agreed targets are not met after 12 months, we continue the programme for a further three months at no charge.
Targets are agreed at the outset of the programme: specific, measurable, and relevant to your organisation's situation. We do not set vague goals. We set targets we believe we can meet, and we stand behind them.
No-Risk Exit
Donor Ready: exit after three months with three months' notice. Modern Outreach: exit after six months with three months' notice. No explanation required. No penalty. No awkward conversation.
We build this into every engagement from day one. Our preference is for organisations to stay because the programme is working, not because leaving is complicated.

The proposal sets out the scope of the programme, the targets we will work towards, the pricing, and the terms, including the guarantee and exit clause. Nothing is ambiguous.
