The Donor Confidence Score takes four minutes: gut feel only, no data required, no preparation needed. It maps your organisation against the four lenses donors now use to evaluate charities before a formal conversation even begins.

Once you complete it, you receive your DCS Score and a tailored, board-ready report immediately.

You receive your tailored DCS report

Your assessment produces your Donor Confidence Signals (DCS) Score and a tailored, board-ready report. This gives you a clear picture of how donors are likely reading your organisation right now, across each of the four key areas.

The report is direct and honest. It tells you where you are strong, where you have gaps, and what the likely effect of those gaps is on your funding conversations.

A direct, senior-level conversation

We have a conversation. No sales pitch, no pressure, no junior account manager reading from a script. We talk through the report, your situation, and whether and how we can help. If we cannot, we will say so.

This conversation is the basis for everything that follows. We back our work with a guarantee, so it is important that the fit is right for both sides. We are looking for organisations where we can genuinely make a difference, not simply adding to a client list.

Month 1–12

Donor Ready programme begins

If Donor Ready is the right starting point, the programme begins. Independent benchmarks are completed across all relevant pillars: workplace culture, respectful workplace, and workforce sustainability. Training and action plans follow.

The programme runs across 12 months. CEO and HR Director time commitment is approximately 7 hours across the full year. Team member commitment is structured around multiple dates and times to accommodate operational schedules.

From Month 1 or later

Modern Outreach starts from day one

Modern Outreach can begin from the moment you start working with us. We manage the full outreach operation: email, LinkedIn, phone, and social, targeting corporate donors, trusts, and individual donors on your behalf.

The two services are most powerful together. Donor Ready builds the foundation. Modern Outreach takes it to market. Together they constitute a complete, professionally managed funding engine.

Ongoing

Monthly reporting and ongoing support

Throughout the programme, you receive monthly reporting on outreach activity, pipeline progress, programme milestones, and results. A senior contact is available throughout. There are no surprises.

At the 12-month mark, all benchmarks and audits are repeated. You receive a full comparison of where you started and where you are now. documented evidence of a materially stronger organisation.

How long does the programme take?

The standard Donor Ready programme runs for 12 months, with the option to exit after three months with three months' notice. Modern Outreach can be exited with three months' notice after six months. If agreed targets are not met after 12 months, we continue the programme for a further three months at no charge.

How much of the CEO's time does it require?

Approximately 7 hours across the full 12 months for the CEO or HR Director. This includes sign-off on action plans, the initial benchmarks, and the final re-assessment review. The programme is designed to fit around you, not the other way around.

Do we have to take both services?

No. Donor Ready runs completely independently. Modern Outreach can start from day one alongside Donor Ready, or it can run on its own if your organisation is already in a strong position and the primary need is outreach pipeline.

What if the programme does not deliver results?

If agreed targets are not met after 12 months, we continue the programme for a further three months at no charge. We back the work we do.

Can we exit the programme if our circumstances change?

Yes. Donor Ready can be exited after three months with three months' notice. Modern Outreach can be exited after six months with three months' notice. No explanation needed. We are not interested in holding organisations in a programme that is not working for them.

What size of charity do you work with?

We work with charities from 1 to approximately 200 members of staff. With certain services, we are open to working with larger charities where it is an opportunity for both sides.
