About Us
ImpactusAll
Commercial rigour, applied to the third sector.
Who We Are
We are not a charity.
We are a business that works
with charities.
That distinction matters to us. We apply commercial standards: rigorous analysis, professional execution, accountability for results, to the specific challenges small and medium charities face in accessing funding. We do not operate with well-meaning vagueness. We operate with precision.
ImpactusAll is part of a wider group of businesses with deep, long-standing experience working across the third sector in the UK and Ireland. Across the group, we have worked with hundreds of charities over more than five years, from employees and mid-level managers to senior leaders, at all levels, and at board level.
We understand how small charities are structured, how decisions get made, what constraints look like in practice, and what good actually means in this sector. That knowledge informs everything we build and deliver.

Our Philosophy
Resilience. Respect. Sustainability.
These three words are not a marketing line. They are the operating principles we work from, and the same principles we help charities embed and evidence for donors.
Resilience
Organisations that are structurally resilient, with modern working practices, clear governance, and an evidence-based approach to their own operations, are the ones that survive funding cycles, leadership changes, and sector disruption. We build resilience into the organisations we work with.
Not resilience as a buzzword. Resilience as demonstrated capability.
Respect
A respectful workplace is not a soft aspiration. It is a legal requirement and a donor signal. Under the Worker Protection Act 2024, charities have a proactive duty to prevent sexual harassment. Under every serious donor's informal due diligence framework, workplace conduct is now a live question.
We take this seriously because donors take it seriously, and because it matters.
Sustainability
Sustainability in the context of ImpactusAll concentrates on the sustainability of the workforce: hybrid working, wellbeing, and long-term viability. This is now an active area of donor scrutiny, particularly within corporate ESG frameworks.
Charities that can evidence both are in a materially stronger funding position than those that cannot.
How We Work
Senior-level. Direct. Accountable.
We do not put up testimonials
We do not publish a wall of logos or a handful of edited quotes. If you would like to speak directly with an organisation we have worked with, we will make the introduction ourselves. The conversation will be unfiltered and unsupervised.
We make introductions
Our track record is evidenced through direct introductions, not marketing materials. We are confident enough in the work we have done and the relationships we have built to let those conversations speak for themselves.
We work at board level
We engage with CEOs, HR Directors, and trustees, not communications teams or junior staff. Funding is a strategic matter. It requires senior engagement on both sides of the table.
We are selective
We do not take on every enquiry that comes in. We look for organisations where the fit is right: where the ambition is real, the leadership is engaged, and the programme has a genuine chance of delivering meaningful results.

Founder
Dermot Dennehy
Charities lose tens of thousands in funding every year. Not because their impact is weak. Because donors are filtering on signals most charity CEOs do not even know exist.
I built the Donor Confidence Score to fix that.
At ImpactusAll, we assess charities against the hidden operational signals that corporate donors, grant-making trusts, and public funders now use to decide who gets funded. Then we help charity CEOs fix what is costing them.
What we have found:
- •Most funding bids fail on operational credibility, not mission quality
- •Corporate donors filter on workplace culture, governance, and financial resilience before they read your impact report
The ImpactusAll Programme moves charity CEOs from operational overwhelm to ownership mode, positioning their organisation as a safe bet in a competitive funding landscape.
We work across three funding channels: corporate partnerships, trust and foundation grants, and public donor acquisition.
The Wider Group
Part of something larger.
ImpactusAll sits within a wider group of businesses that work across the third sector. The group brings together expertise in workplace culture, organisational development, fundraising, and sector strategy, all of it applied specifically to charities.
The track record we reference, hundreds of charities over five years across the UK and Ireland, is a group figure. ImpactusAll draws on the full depth of that experience in everything it builds and delivers.
