The first conversation is simply a conversation. You do not need to prepare anything, pull any reports, or have a clear picture of your funding situation before we speak. We will ask the right questions.
We will talk through where your organization is, how funders are likely reading you right now, what you have tried, and what becoming more fundable would realistically take. If the fit is not right, we will say so. If it is, we will propose a clear next step, usually Donor Ready.
Senior-level throughout. We do not route inquiries through junior staff.
