The Donor Confidence Score takes four minutes: gut feel only, no data required, no preparation needed. It maps your organization against the four lenses donors now use to weigh nonprofits before a formal conversation even begins.

The moment you finish, you get your head start: a confidential read on how donors are likely seeing you right now. It is written for you as the CEO, and it goes nowhere near your board or your donors.

It is direct and warm. It shows where you are already strong, where the gaps are, and what those gaps are likely doing to your funding conversations. It is for your eyes as the CEO, not your board and not your donors.

A direct, senior-level conversation

We have a conversation. No sales pitch, no pressure, no junior account manager reading from a script. We talk through your head start, your situation, and whether and how we can help. If we cannot, we will say so.

This conversation is the basis for everything that follows. The fit has to be right for both sides. We are looking for organizations where we can genuinely make a difference, not simply adding to a client list.

Month 1–12

Donor Ready program begins

If Donor Ready is the right starting point, the program begins. Independent benchmarks are completed across all four pillars: workplace culture and distributed working, respectful workplace, human people sustainability, and trust and human skills. Training and action plans follow.

The program runs across 12 months. CEO and HR Director time commitment is approximately 7 hours across the full year. Team member commitment is structured around multiple dates and times to accommodate operational schedules.

From Month 1 or later

Modern Outreach starts from day one

Modern Outreach can begin from the moment you start working with us. We manage the full outreach operation: email, LinkedIn, phone, and social, targeting corporate donors and individual donors on your behalf.

The two services are most powerful together. Donor Ready builds the foundation. Modern Outreach takes it to market. Together they constitute a complete, professionally managed funding engine.

Ongoing

Monthly reporting and ongoing support

Throughout the program, you receive monthly reporting on outreach activity, pipeline progress, program milestones, and results. A senior contact is available throughout. There are no surprises.

At the 12-month mark, all benchmarks and audits are repeated. You get a full comparison of where you started and where you are now: documented evidence of a materially stronger organization, ready to shout about.

How long does the program take?

The standard Donor Ready program runs for 12 months, with the option to exit after three months with three months' notice. Modern Outreach can be exited with three months' notice after six months.

How much of the CEO's time does it require?

Approximately 7 hours across the full 12 months for the CEO or HR Director. This includes sign-off on action plans, the initial benchmarks, and the final re-assessment review. The program is designed to fit around you, not the other way around.

Do we have to take both services?

No. Donor Ready runs completely independently. Modern Outreach can start from day one alongside Donor Ready, or it can run on its own if your organization is already in a strong position and the primary need is outreach pipeline.

What if the program does not deliver results?

We agree specific, measurable targets at the outset and report against them every month, so you always know exactly where you stand. If something is not working, we address it directly. And you are never locked in: Donor Ready can be exited after three months with three months' notice.

Can we exit the program if our circumstances change?

Yes. Donor Ready can be exited after three months with three months' notice. Modern Outreach can be exited after six months with three months' notice. No explanation needed. We are not interested in holding organizations in a program that is not working for them.

What size of nonprofit do you work with?

We work with nonprofits from 1 to approximately 200 members of staff. With certain services, we are open to working with larger nonprofits where it is an opportunity for both sides.
